the heating was absoluteley inoperable, two rooms with one feeble heating unit, ridiculous. and don’t get me started on the front desk girl, she acted like I was bothering her. I couldn't possibly enjoy my stay without getting a room upgrade or at least a free breakfast, but I just couldn't get that personalized touch I expected.

The King Suite with Kitchenette offered a comfortable stay, with a decent layout for a family. The proximity to the Welland International Flatwater Centre is a bonus for anyone looking to engage in aquatic activities.

The coffee maker in the room had a foul smell that made the coffee unsatisfactory, causing some serious stomach issues. The breakfast area felt cramped with limited seating, especially during peak hours, and the omelet wait could've been better managed to cut down on delays.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We enjoyed visiting the historical museum and the Downtown Music Series. The staff were friendly, and breakfast options were great despite service being buffet style. If you're into outdoor activities, there's a lovely canal nearby. Perfect for a group getaway!

The Queen suite with kitchenette offered a very spacious layout which was ideal for our family. I found the staff accommodating, especially Lin, whose kindness stood out during our stay. It was great having the kitchenette, allowing us to prepare simple meals and save on dining expenses. The breakfast options were enjoyable, although I wished for a bit more variety.
